Every Bling Night In kit is prepared with care. Your estimated dispatch and delivery information will be shown at checkout. During launches, busy periods and UK public holidays, preparation may take a little longer.
UK delivery
Available delivery services, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout using your destination. Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, email info@blingnightin.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Returns
If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned unused, unopened and in their original condition. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Please contact us before returning anything so we can provide the correct return instructions. Do not send a return without authorisation.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders
Email info@blingnightin.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review it and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
Important information
Opened craft kits with used, opened or mixed materials may not be accepted for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
