TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you use the Bling Night In website or purchase from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Bling Night In is a UK-based retailer of complete DIY bedazzle canvas kits. You can contact us at info@blingnightin.com.

PRODUCTS

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, lighting and natural differences between rhinestone batches.

Product measurements are approximate. Each kit contains the items stated on its product page.

Our kits contain small parts and craft adhesive. They are not toys. Keep all materials away from young children and pets. Follow the instructions and safety information supplied with the adhesive and use it in a suitably ventilated area.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices, taxes and delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

We may correct an obvious pricing or description error before accepting an order. Payment must be authorised before an order is dispatched.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is an offer to purchase from us. A contract is formed when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, fraud or misuse is suspected, or an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will issue a refund.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these terms. Please read them before ordering.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Bling Night In name, logo, website content, photographs, artwork and original designs are protected by intellectual-property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

LIABILITY

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or breach of statutory consumer rights.

Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses resulting from a consumer purchase.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not remove any remedy available to you under applicable consumer law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in force when you placed your order will apply to that order.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers elsewhere retain any mandatory legal protections provided by their country of residence.
